Terms
Last updated October 15, 2026
These terms cover APE Viewer 0.5, with accounts, Premium and the internet relay.
The Software
APE Viewer is open source under the MIT license. The standard features are free. It is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, as the license says.
Use It On Your Own Computers
Only connect to computers you own or have permission to access, and follow the laws where you and those computers are.
Your Account
- An account is for one person. Keep your password and recovery codes safe; you're responsible for what happens with your account.
- You can let other people connect to your PCs by inviting them, with the access you choose. They need their own account.
- We may suspend accounts used to break these terms or to attack other people or our servers.
- You can delete your account anytime on the Account page.
Premium
- Premium is a subscription of $6.99 per month or $49 per year (plus any taxes), sold and billed through Whop. These are launch prices for a limited time; the regular prices are $9.99 per month and $79.99 per year. If you subscribe at a launch price, you keep it for as long as your subscription stays active. A free trial, if offered, is shown at checkout with its terms.
- It renews every month or year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your Whop account, and Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds follow Whop's policies. If something isn't working, contact us first and we'll try to make it right.
- Premium is for your account. Don't share your account or resell access.
- We may change Premium's features or price. Price changes apply from your next billing period, and we'll announce them in advance.
Availability
Features that use APE Viewer's servers (accounts, Premium, and connecting over the internet once available) are provided on a best-effort basis. Connections between your own PCs over Tailscale or your local network keep working without them, and the app remembers your plan for 14 days offline.
